To assist the Leadership Team in overseeing the life and direction of the church. The Pastor will be the primary preacher for all worship services. Oversee the pastoral care needs of the congregation, hospital visitation, home visits, counseling, marriages and funerals. Oversee development of and adherence to church policies and procedures. Serve communion once a month, take communion to shut-ins, counsel those seeking baptism and/or church membership.
