- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field
- Ordination or certification from a recognized religious institution is preferred

About Carthage Community Church:
We are seeking a Senior Pastor because our pastor of 28 years is retiring at the end of the year. Located in Carthage, Indiana, a rural community in Rush County Indiana. In 2014 Our church broke away from the United Methodist Church and is now a Community Church. We have an average attendance of 65 people during our Sunday morning worship service. We have three adult and two children's Sunday School classes. We were blessed with a building that was a former elementary school, therefore we have many unique features that help us reach out to our local community. We serve an average of 45 families twice a month at our food panty and Lydia's Closet, our clothing distribution . We have an Awana program that disciples children. Our gymnasium is open weekly for basketball and pickle ball. We have a weekly Women's Prayer Fellowship and a weekly Men's Breakfast on Saturday mornings.
