Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Wesleyan-based Senior Pastor to oversee church operations as well as to guide our volunteer workforce as you lead our congregation in mission and vision. As both Pastor and Administrator, you will work with our Staff-Parish Relations Committee to monitor and maintain goals and procedures needed for office staff and volunteers to a_noemailplish this church's mission and vision. The Administrator duties will optimize operational capabilities while managing MMC resources effectively. Pastor duties are to minister to our congregational family while expanding and growing God’s Church.
We are a rural Wisconsin Methodist Church and are part of the Global Methodist denomination. We are looking for a traditional Wesleyan-based pastor that preaches true biblical scripture.

4th Thursday AM - service/study at Fairview Nursing Home
