Pastor of Adult Ministry
Job Description:
The Pastor of Adult Ministry leads our small groups, adult education, guest services, new member process, and activities/events for adults (Men, Women, Couples, and Young Adults). They will be building on already established ministries, with a great number of volunteer leaders and team members.

About Eagan Hills Church:
Eagan Hills Church began in 1980 and has grown to be the largest evangelical congregation in our suburb of 70,000 residents. It is part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The congregation includes over 700 adults and 500 children/students. We have a very talented team of a dozen staff members.
Currently, Adult Ministry has over twenty groups and several ministry teams for Guest Services, events and activities, and Groups leadership. We are excited about growing and reaching more people with the Gospel of Jesus.
Qualifications:

Devoted follower of Jesus Christ, ready to actively create an environment for others to be growing disciples of Jesus.
Leader of volunteer leaders who thrives in a team approach to ministry, and who is committed to and supportive of our staff team of pastors and assistants.
Good communicator who can preach, teach, write, correspond, and relate well with others.
Solid administrator who can plan, prioritize, schedule, multi-task, problem-solve, and competent with an online database (PCO) and MS Office technologies.
Seminary degree is preferred, or at least an undergraduate degree in Christian ministry.
Ten years or more of experience serving in a larger church specifically in groups and/or adult ministry.
