Job Description:
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Proclaim the Gospel to Covenant members and the general_noemailmunity, engaging in outreach and evangelistic efforts.
Preach and teach at worship services, or delegate this responsibility as needed, delivering inspirational and biblically sound messages.
Lead or delegate leadership of the congregational services: plan, coordinate and evaluate services (weekly and special events)
Shape, proclaim and nurture Covenant's mission and vision.
Develop a_noemailprehensive plan for equipping the church body to perform works of ministry e_noemailpassing GroupLife, giving, serving, and personal growth.
Maintain a growing personal walk with the Lord through_noemailmitted bible study, prayer, service and generosity.
Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church_noemailmunity.

Compensation
SALARY: Includes Base & Housing Allowance will be based on the candidate's experience, and education

Qualifications:
Desired Experience and Qualifications
Spiritually wise, emotionally and socially mature, and scripturally grounded following the teachings of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
Seminary degree preferred / equivalent / 5 yrs experience on staff, Bible College plus experience in lieu of Seminary experience considered.
