Job Description:
A man who is passionately and completely in love with Jesus and His Word and is led by and exemplifies the fruit the Holy Spirit. (Gal 5:22,23)
Has maturity in the faith and have served and ministered previously.
A man who loves and serves his family and will exemplify loving and serving those whom God has called to minister and to be a shepherd whose priority is the care of the sheep.
Has the character of an Elder as defined by l Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9
Has humility, hospitality and gentleness which is evident to all.
Is willing to accept correction and be approachable.
Preferably married with the ability to address martial and family issues with wisdom, compassion and empathy.
Be a servant leader and a team player.
The Duties of the Job
Preach and teach God's word in all seasons and circumstances
Be a person of deep prayer both individually and corporately leading the church in the practice and importance of prayer
Be available for counseling and visitation as needed regardless of the hour or day.
To be responsible for the managerial and spiritual leadership of all teams, boards, and staff within the church.
To personally know and want to spend time in fellowship with the church at all opportunities
To communicate and walk with the Elders of Church

Job Qualifications:
To have Pastoral experience as a Pastor of mid-size to large church
To have a biblical degree, with a preferred Masters in theology or divinity.
To be ordained or be working towards ordination within 2 years of being hired.
To have a burden for the sheep and the lost.
