SEEKING PASTOR—New Hope Baptist Church, is actively searching for their new Pastor, with a heart for youth, to lead our church into the future. New Hope is a family-oriented church located in a growing community of northern Rhode Island. We are a multi-generational church with a weekly worship attendance of 60-70. Our loving, motivated, and compassionate congregation needs a dynamic visionary man to lead us. Our worship style is a blend of hymns and contemporary music led by our worship leader. An ability to play an instrument (guitar or piano) and/or sing is a plus. The church is debt free and offering a $70,000.00 salary plus benefits. A theological degree from a conservative evangelical college is preferred. The prospective pastor will have a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ along with the biblical qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and be in agreement with the church's Statement of Faith. New Hope was founded in 1984 as an independent Baptist church. It is a family-oriented church located in a growing community of northern Rhode Island. We are a multi-generational church with a weekly worship attendance of 60-70. Our congregation is outgoing, compassionate, and expresses itself in generous love offerings and missions giving. Visitors are warmly welcomed by the congregation. Our church has monthly outreach fellowships, including men's breakfast and senior saints luncheon. Women's Bible studies and fellowship meals are regularly scheduled.
Job Qualifications:
