Job Description:
1.Purpose of the Job:
* To serve the vision of Lebanon First Assembly (LFA) by way of student life, development, and pastoral care.
2.Experience and Knowledge Required:
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on student ministry experience.
* Effective pastoral leadership.
* Consistent involvement with the pastoral needs of students.
* Systematic team building and leadership development.
* Ability to_noemailmunicate vision.
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new programs as needed. A Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is a bonus.
* Leadership and administrative experience.
* Must be energetic with the ability to engage with students as needed.
3.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Continue weekly LFA Youth Outreach night, creating content relevant to the audience.
* Create a discipleship event for students who are growing in their faith journeys.
* Develop message content based off of the topic of choice to share at LFA Youth Service.
* Creating service environments within student services that connect students to worship, pray, build healthy_noemailmunity and challenges them to grow as leaders within the church.
* Build teams that involve students and empower them as leaders within youth department and Sunday service experiences.
* Strategically promoting student services/events within the campus using mediums such as Sunday mornings, student services, and social media.
* Actively participating in social media on a regular basis for students and parents to stay connected to student services.
* Intentionally build relationships with other student ministry leaders within area churches.
* Connect with schools within the_noemailmunity in order to enable students to participate in student services.
* Actively following up with every student that fills out a Get Connected Card from a student on Wednesdays or Sunday services.
* Be available for student and parent pastoral care needs and create personal growth plans for students to receive and or experience healing, restoration, deliverance, freedom, and the process of redemption.
* Organize Student Leadership opportunities.
* Take on responsibility for pastoral care needs within Student ministry.
* Coordinate/Oversee all student events, services, and ministries to provide opportunities for leadership and growth within LFA Student Leaders.
