Job Description:
To oversee ministry to all Students from 5th Grade - 12th Grade.
Recruit, Train and Lead all Student Ministry leaders and volunteers through regular meetings, events and communication.
Discipleship and growth track of core group of student leaders.
Lead and plan high energy weekly services that offer passionate worship, creative teaching and opportunities for relational community.
Lead and plan regular events to offer relational opportunities for each student as well as an opportunity for new students to engage our Student Ministries.
Offer steady, consistent growth in leadership teams, attendance in weekly services, events, marketing and accessibility to our Student Ministries.
Offer support and availability to Genesis Project Kids Ministries and Kids Ministry Coordinator to assure quality ministry and growth in every facet of ministry to our children and assure a smooth transition into Jr. High Ministry.

The Genesis Project was birthed, 14 years ago, out of a belief that Jesus is not just for the religious. Founded as a Church for People Who Don't Do Church, The Genesis Project seeks to reach people that have been burnt out or disenfranchised with organized religion and present them with the love and wholeness that Jesus offers to EVERYONE.
Over the last decade The Genesis Project has grown into a large ministry here in Utah, as well as a church planting center that has launched 4 other GP campus' across the nation.
Since its inception, the Genesis Project has been a church in the community and for the community. It has been a church for the outsider, for the marginalized. It has been a church that preaches the love of Jesus with no strings attached. Moving forward, these will be things that continue to define the ministry of the Genesis Project. GP remains a Church for the people of Ogden looking for a place to belong and a higher purpose that can only come from a Big God!

Job Qualifications:
Bible College Graduate w/ a 4 Year Ministry Degree.
Minimum 4 years of Church Ministry / Student Ministry Experience.
A Strong Self Starter excited to build upon a robust ministry to students in the mission field of Utah.
A team player able to operate as a strong and flexible component of a team.
