JOB TITLE: Creekside Worship Director
Ministry Responsibilities
*Sees himself as a Minister and Leader in the church.
*Leads the church in musical worship in our Sunday morning service.
*Leads the middle school ministry in worship on Tuesday nights and the high school students on Wednesday nights.
*Holds practices with our bands before each gathering.
*Actively recruits musicians and mentors them on the musical, spiritual, and leadership aspects of musical worship.
*Practices consistent_noemailmunication with our Pastors.
*Practices consistent_noemailmunication with musicians and other staff members.
*Meets with the Pastors weekly for planning, mentorship, and prayer.
*Attends the monthly events and/or trips of the middle and high school ministry.
Administration Responsibilities
*Is reliable, prompt, and prepared.
*Prepares worship slides, keep stage clean and_noemailanized.
*Prepares and effectively_noemailmunicates a worship schedule for our multiple musicians and A/V
*Submits expenditure requests.
*Attends student ministry orientations and leader meetings.
*Oversees students' personal bands usage of the Hut.
Payment
*There will be a generous stipend provided for this 10-hour a week part-time position. One of the options that can also be explored is the option of living in our church-owned studio apartment, with water, electricity and garbage included.
