Role:
The role of the Worship Leader is to oversee the music ministry team of the church by developing, coordinating, and administering Spirit-led worship while providing leadership and supervision of the music programs and the technical staff and equipment.
The role of the Youth Leader is to oversee the Jr/Sr High Youth ministry team through development, growth, coaching, coordinating, and building up future leaders for Jesus Christ. The Youth leader should also provide an enthusiastic, mentoring, and biblical youth experience for the youth who attend.
Job Description:
This position is a salaried (minimum of $40,000 plus / based on experience) full-time position with a lot of flexibility within the schedule (Flexibility to work remotely when needed). The expectation of attendance is for Youth Group gatherings, Sunday worship services, rehearsals with the band, and other special services including (but not limited to) revivals, Christmas, and Easter. The work is done cooperatively with the Pastor and Board however, you will be given freedom to lead as God has laid upon you. As part of the leadership of the church, the Worship/Youth Leader is expected to advocate for their respective programs.
Requirement:
You must be a born-again Christian and live a Christian lifestyle
Experience is a must
A Ministry Degree is preferred but not mandatory
Must be able to pass a background check
Supportive of the vision and mission of Faith Community Church
Have the availability to commute to the church (we are flexible)

Faith Community Church is affiliated with the Church of God denomination (Anderson, IN), located in Huntington, Indiana. The city of Huntington consists of roughly 15,000 people while the country is close to 30,000. We are located approximately 20 minutes from Fort Wayne, Indiana which is the second largest city in Indiana, and about 3 hours max from Chicago. We are a church of approximately 140 people in attendance and growing. Faith Community Church exists to help people find freedom in Jesus Christ. Have a calling for both worship and youth ministry
