Job Description:
First Baptist Church of Bangs, Texas is seeking a full-time YOUTH PASTOR. The Youth Pastor provides direct leadership and oversight to the Youth Ministry of FBC Bangs. This position is highly interactive and involved with the youth of the church and their parents. It requires relational, administrative, and teaching abilities in order to effectively educate, nurture, and care for our youth and to work with volunteers involved in this ministry. This position reports to the Senior Pastor in developing and coordinating the educational and ministry programs for youth (grades 7-12).
