Our Philosophy of Youth Ministry:
The primary aim of youth ministry in the local church is to grow young believers into mature Christian men and women who love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. This is best achieved through a model of ministry that seeks to do at least three things: 1) integrate youth ministry into the larger life and worship of the local church; 2) assist Christian parents to be the primary disciplers in their children's lives; and 3) provide youth-centric events, teachings, and fellowship that complement the ministry of parenting. Because of this, in addition to being gifted with youth, a youth minister must be someone who is dedicated to the health of the local church and to helping parents raise children to the glory of God.
