Are you ready to get past answering all the same questions about your qualifications and training as a Youth Pastor and have a one-on-one conversation about your passions and strengths? When the time becomes appropriate, of course we'll cover the fundamentals, but that too will be a discussion. Our desire is to hear your heart for youth ministry, not necessarily your ability to write a convincing self-portrait. If living in California (Ninevah to some) doesn't cause you to move in the opposite direction, AND you could get excited about building into the lives of our Middle School and High School Students, let's start a discussion.
