Liberty Towers Church
Job responsibilities:
Lead and cast vision.
Recruit and build a leadership team. This includes scheduling, filling gaps in rotation, and training up new team members.
Plan and facilitate all aspects of a Sunday morning Middle School service. Games, worship, message, tech and ministry space.
Plan and lead an engaging Tuesday nights for the middle school students during the school year. Planning games, curriculum, and building on the existing leadership team to facilitate the small group discussions.
Lead team directors in the areas of Sports, Creative Arts and Cultivators in engaging the community with a focus of building relationships with kids and bridging them back to youth group.
Work with the youth ministry team to plan out yearly schedules. Such as teaching schedules, camps, and events.
Liberty Towers is highly involved in the grant world. This gives us an unusual opportunity to engage our schools and community through sports, creative arts, education and specialty community engagement grants. To the right youth pastor this provides a dream fishing pond.
As a church we want to resource the youth director to be creative and try new things. Think big! Truck in snow from Tahoe? Do it. Set up a bounce castle village? Yes please. 10 acres of laser tag? Sounds great! Maximize the resources of a church that has spent years fostering trust and relationship with the neighboring community. We have a 10-acre property just waiting for sports programs and wide games.
