Youth Pastor Job - Connections Community Church, Schoolcraft, Michigan

We are a growing church that averages 600 in attendance at weekend worship services and routinely has 50 to 60 students in our Sunday Evening youth group meetings. Our current full-time youth pastor is moving to a different ministry, and we are looking for someone who can build on the momentum we have with our middle school and high school students.

The right candidate will have leadership experience, possess a sound knowledge of the Bible, and demonstrate a spiritual maturity in keeping with senior church leadership as outlined in 1st Timothy 3 and Titus 1. He or she would also need to fit well into our staff chemistry and would be able to contribute to staff decisions on the future and well-being of the church.
