Job Description:
REACH, External Focus: Provide creative & visionary servant-leadership in developing new & culturally relevant ways to advance the Gospel through coordinated, local & global outreach opportunities. Mobilize church volunteers in areas of local outreach. Work closely with the Missions Team in the planning, development & execution of The Bridge External Focus strategy, including Missions Month.Provide for evangelism training for the church family.
CONNECT - Assimilation: Develop & oversee ministry teams (i.e., Parking, Hospitality, Connection Center, Coffee Service & The Bridge Outlet) that make guests feel we_noemailed, informed &_noemailfortable upon their arrival at The Bridge.Develop & oversee volunteer staff, ministry teams & ministry assistants that provide systematic &_noemailprehensive follow-up to guests & engages them so they return. Oversee & provide leadership to Connection ministries that move people from being guests to b_noemailing engaged members of The Bridge (i.e. Christianity 101, Ne_noemailer Meals, 10 Minute Party, Baptism Class, Join the Mission Class) Oversee the Baptism class & process. Provide Follow-up to those who indicate that they are interested in putting their faith in Christ.
