Cornerstone Fellowship is a growing non-denominational church in Northeast Oklahoma that strives to create environments that are conducive to changing people's lives. We are known in our_noemailmunity for strong biblical teaching, top-notch children and student ministries, and excellence in ministry. Our_noemailmunity has a Division II college with approximately 9,000 students.
Experience in leading and growing a college ministry.
Passion for reaching college students for Christ.
Strong administrator and planner.
Experience recruiting, training, and developing volunteer teams.
Exceptional_noemailmunication, relational, and_noemailanizational skills.
Must be self-motivated and a team player with a strong work ethic who serves passionately for the sake of the Kingdom.
Agree with Cornerstone Fellowship's mission, vision, and doctrinal statement.
Primary responsibility is to create a dynamic college ministry and secondarily, to create and maintain a college fraternity and sorority.
Plan,_noemailanize, and implement dynamic services that attract college students and are relevant to their needs.
Create,_noemailanize, recruit, and maintain a college fraternity and sorority through Cornerstone Fellowship.
Connect with NSU students on campus.
Plan and execute mission trips, retreats, and events.
Create volunteer teams that are passionate about college ministry.
Develop small groups and bible studies during school semesters.
Assist with teaching and pastoral care as needed.

The College Pastor reports to the Senior Pastor.
Salary will be based on current wage scales for similar positions in similar size churches.
Three weeks paid vacation.
Contributions to retirement will be matched 100% up to 10% of salary.
