Job Description:
Manage the logistics of Adopt-A-Block and lead the 2nd & 4th Saturday outreaches. Manage volunteer coordinating for Adopt-A-Block and any additional RDC outreaches (Mobile Food Pantry, Street Outreach/Family Night, Food Warehouse).

About Raleigh Dream Center :
Raleigh Dream Center is a Christian-based nonprofit organization providing residential and community outreach programs to homeless, abused and impoverished high risk youth, individuals and families. We partner with local churches to CONSISTENTLY provide resources to under-privileged communities and reach out to those individuals in substance abuse, physical abuse, experiencing homelessness, participating in gangs, or other circumstances. Our mission to bring hope and restoration through the message of the Gospel for people in the Triangle area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with volunteer coordinating within ministry preferred.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
Displays positive, outgoing and encouraging attitude with focus on servant leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that seeks to build up volunteers into effective leaders.
Great organization and administration skills.
Ability to learn systems quickly (Asana project management, Slack communication, Salesforce CRM, etc.)
