Job Description:
Executive level director/pastor responsible for helping to establish, and exemplify the mission, vision, and values of Gateway Community Church in_noemailmunication, disciplines, and service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS
- Oversee staffing, planning and execution of online & in-person worship experiences on Sunday mornings, mid-week events, and for church-wide special events.
- Lead and direct the vision, values,_noemailmunication, and discipleship of the Arts Ministry team.
- Coordinate with other ministries and events within Gateway.
- Ensures team members are recruited, trained, developed, and mentored.
- Collaborate and Approve Planning of Worship Services
- Evaluate Overall Process of the Arts Ministry
- Cultivate Arts Team Community
- Provide Communication and Feedback to Supervisor, Peers, and Arts Ministry Team
- Resource Arts Ministry Team with Trainings, Workshops, Tutorials and Tools
- Recruit, Train, Develop, and Evaluate Arts Ministry Staff and Volunteers to Improve the Team
- Coordinate Support for Other Ministries / Events to be executed by Arts Coordinator
- Coordinate Weddings / Funerals to be executed by Arts Coordinator
- Coordinate and Manage Church Wide Campaigns
- Various Pastoral Duties
- Provide Input and feedback for Sermon Series'
- Develop and Steward Department Budget Annually
- Review Department Financial Statements and Reconcile Credit Card Statement
- Implement Gateway's Mission, Vision and Heart Model to the Arts Ministry Team
- Participate in and provide input for service planning and services
- Authorize reimbursements and check requests for Arts staff and volunteers

Qualifications:
- Servant-Minded and Self-Motivated Team Leader with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize varied workloads, exercising appropriate judgment and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Adept problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Skilled reading and writing of chord charts
- Firm grasp of musical concepts and basic understanding of music theory
- Advanced skill on at least one instrument as well as ability to communicate direction specific to other musicians and their instruments.
- Proficient in management of live production
- Proficiency in ProPresenter
- Basic Knowledge of and ability to operate A/V/L equipment
