Wildwood Presbyterian Church (PC-USA) seeks an Associate Pastor of Worship & Youth who is passionate about leading creative worship experiences that draw people into the presence of Christ and energized by building relationships with youth. The Associate Pastor of Worship & Youth will focus on two key aspects of ministry at WPC: helping to launch and lead an authentic modern worship experience and leading a student ministry with middle school and high school students as well as young adults.
This is a full-time opportunity to bring leadership and energy to a church that is looking to launch a new, modern worship experience while re-invigorating our ministry with students and young adults.

Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
Master of Divinity required.
Previous experience in youth ministry.
Previous experience leading modern worship.
Musical proficiency with at least one instrument is preferred.
Must be comfortable in leading music and worship.
Comfortable with both contemplative and energetic worship styles.
Team builder with a strong work ethic who enjoys having fun.
Consistently exhibits Christ-like character with a heart for personal spiritual growth.
Has an inclusive mindset, where all races, gender identities, and orientations are welcome and accepted in the life of the church as it relates to worship, marriage between two people, and community, as we are all one in Christ.
