We are looking to hire a man of God with a desire to promote and proclaim the Word of God, to help develop and encourage growth within the body of Christ. A people person with good skills to communicate through teaching and preaching, someone who values the call of God in ministry.

Job Qualifications:
Ministry Qualification
Ordained Minister. Following the Word of God according to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus (meeting the requirements of the Baptist faith)
Must have a higher degree of education (AssociateBachelor) experience preferred.
A passion for people and their relationship with Jesus Christ and with others.
Function as effective help in the duties of the staff in providing creativity, input and ideals to promote a healthy church
Ability to work in and through the relationship of others in leadership
Associate Pastor Responsibility
Oversee programs for the Adult and children's ministry, bible teaching.
Preaching along side of the pastor for services as needed
Aiding in conducting weddings and funeral services. Also following the needs of the congregation through visitation in homes and hospitals calls.
Help with recruiting and equipping others for ministry.
