Audio & Visual Director
Job Description:
Yountville Community Church is seeking an experienced A/V Engineer or Technician for an A/V Director position. The A/V Director will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all audio, video, lighting, and live streaming events. The A/V Director will serve as an essential part of the Worship Ministry Team, to ensure a professionally executed A/V experience for Sunday service and special events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all setup, sound, lighting, video, staging, and production for Sunday services and special events
Responsible for all audio/video recording including live streaming Sunday services and special events
Work closely with Lead Pastor and Worship Leader on video, sound and programming needs for all services
Recruit, train, and schedule A/V volunteers
Coordinate with Worship Leader for rehearsal requirements
Attend Worship rehearsals
Stay up to date on new audio, video and lighting technologies
Routine testing and maintaining equipment
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
A love for Jesus
Excellent audio technical skills including hardware and software
Experience with Allen & Heath Mixer
Experience with ProPresenter
Experience with CCLI
Experience with YouTube and live streaming
Experience with A/V equipment testing and maintenance
Experience with stage setup and production
Experience with Mac and Ipad
Ability to work collaboratively with others team members and staff
Benefits
$250 per Sunday (3 hours)
