Job Description:
The Director of Children's Ministries serves Jesus and the church by being responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of children's ministries (birth – 5th graders) at Cape Coral First.
This is an hourly position (10-25 hours per week) and salary will be commensurate upon experience.
Requirements:
Prefer a bachelor's degree or some college education in a relevant field.
Prefer prior experience leading a children's ministry at a church of comparable size.
Willingness to work to meet ministry team and church goals.
Supporting fellow staff and lay volunteers.
Embrace the vision, purpose, and mission of Cape Coral First.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
Use of Social Media platforms for promotional purposes.
Working Conditions: Spends 60% or more time sitting. Must be able to stand and walk and lift (up to 20 lbs).
Supervises: Nursery attendants – volunteer
Supervised by: Senior Pastor
