Job Description:
Applications are now being accepted for our full-time Director of Contemporary Worship. We are committed to finding a passionate Christian leader who will work in strong partnerships with our church staff, worship & arts team, volunteers, and congregation. We are seeking a worship leader who is committed to a Wesleyan expression of faith and desires to make deep relationships with families and our community for the long haul. This person is a disciple of Jesus who is humble, a team player, a gifted leader, flexible, able to confront in love, sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and administratively gifted.

Job Qualifications:
Disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ who is humble, a team player, a gifted leader, flexible, able to confront in love, sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and administratively gifted.
- Ability to transcribe, transpose and arrange music from recordings and other resources, including the ability to rearrange music so as to give new life to older songs.
- Vocal competency in worship leading and instrumental proficiency with at least one instrument.
- Worship and leadership skills in rehearsal and worship settings.
- A shepherding heart and a creative mind.
- Interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Minimum of three years experience leading congregations in meaningful Christ-centered worship.
- Degree in music and/or related experience. Wesleyan theological training is a plus.
- Support other worship/music events as directed by the Pastoral Team
