The Director of Operations will be a key part of the mission by maintaining facilities, raising up teams, implementing systems, and stewarding resources well.
Christ Community Church is looking to add another valued member to our team as the Director of Operations. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the physical properties of our multi-site church and grounds, direct day-to-day facility operations, manage the facilities budget, oversee church communications, create a successful "First Impressions" ministry, and oversee, guide, and support custodial, financial, and administrative staff.
Reporting to the Lead Pastor, this position is critical to fulfilling the mission and vision of Christ Community Church in our area.
*Comfortable leading individuals and groups
*Program and event planning
*High aptitude for financial reporting
*Has a "people first" mindset
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field preferred
*Experience leading in a non-profit, school, or similar organization.
*Proficient in Word, Google suite, and learning a new DMS.

Compensation based on experience.
