About Crossroads Christian Reformed Church:
Our church is a small-to-mid-sized congregation in north San Diego County, with an active and healthy youth ministry, as well as a talented team of volunteer musicians and vocalists who lead us in musical worship. Our worship service style is predominantly contemporary, but we also include hymns regularly.
Job Qualifications:
Love for Jesus Christ, His church and students.
Experience with youth ministry leadership.
Experience with musical worship leadership.
Ability to lead music from an instrument (guitar or piano would be preferable).
Ability to read music and lead a team of musicians
