About You -
You have a deep love for the Lord that is evident to others.
You bring excitement and enthusiasm to those you lead.
You will cast and implement a vision to develop lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ, with the church serving as the complementary role to the family.
You will oversee a discipleship plan from the nursery through the completion of High School and provide regular communication, workshops, and resources for parents to guide their own families.
You will be the point person for developing and leading new initiatives to grow our relationship with the families of the local school district and the surrounding community.
You will Oversee the curriculum used at each level of spiritual development and ensuring that it connects to the next level
You will be ensuring that ministry leaders regularly connect to parents so that they experience a transparent partnership in the discipleship of their children
You will enhance your preaching skills by filling the pulpit on a regular basis
You will provide private coaching to parents and children as necessary.
Working with the senior pastor and other ministry teams you will ensure that there are opportunities for all generations to worship, learn and serve together.
You will recruit, equip, and schedule volunteers to support your ministries

We have recently adopted a new constitution and are moving outward in our vision and mission. We are a growing church and need someone who can cast a fresh vision for the ministry while building upon recent successes. We also desire to see our children and youth more involved in serving and ministry at the church and in our community.
