Overview:
Northside Baptist Church is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to serve as the Minister of Worship & Discipleship. This full-time position plays a key role in our church leadership, responsible for cultivating an atmosphere of worship and fostering spiritual growth through our discipleship process.
Responsibilities:
Worship Leadership:
Plan,_noemailanize, and lead engaging worship services that align with the church's vision and values.
Coordinate and oversee the worship team, including musicians, vocalists, and technical support.
Develop a diverse and spiritually enriching worship experience for all congregants.
Discipleship Ministry:
Oversee a_noemailprehensive discipleship program that caters to individuals at various stages of their spiritual journey.
Provide leadership and support to small group leaders, ensuring the growth and connectivity of small group ministries.
Coordinate and oversee ministry volunteers in various service areas of our Church.
Teaching and Training:
Teach as needed, contributing to the overall spiritual education of the congregation.
Provide resources and training to worship team members, volunteers, and discipleship leaders.
Pastoral Care:
Engage in pastoral care activities, offering spiritual support and guidance to individuals and families within the church_noemailmunity.
Work collaboratively with pastoral staff to address the spiritual needs of the congregation.

A deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to biblical principles.
Proven experience in leading worship services and managing worship teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective discipleship programs.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with other church staff and volunteers.
