Outreach Pastor
Job Description:
Our goal is to hire a full-time Outreach Pastor (50 hours a week) who loves young families and young singles. Wise in the Bible. Mature in Jesus. Extroverted. Strong people skills. Adaptable. Agrees with church doctrine. Single or married - preferred married. Teachable. Willing to think outside the box. Sacrificial. Passionate for meeting strangers. Strong follow-up skills. Pro-active. Verbal skills. Honest. Transparent. Leadership skills. Able to manage_noemailanizational data systems as needed for the job (contact lists, social media as needed, invite lists, etc.).
We are also looking for a person who loves Jesus sacrificially. One that loves young families and young singles sacrificially by meeting them, relating and leading them into various meaningful_noemailmunities at First Baptist Church - Tempe. As needed a a detailed job description listing many daily responsibilities and functions will be provided. This pastor will report to the Senior Pastor.
