Job Description:

The Bridge Church in Idaho Falls, ID is a very fast growing church of around 500 regular attendees located in a very fast growing area (not far from Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons). We are searching for a full-time Worship and Student Ministries Pastor who will oversee the worship department of the church as well as the student ministries program with a vision to create an atmosphere of spiritual growth for our teens. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for worship and for students, is creative, well_noemailanized, self-motivated, and can function as part of a pastoral staff in a great atmosphere. The individual will be inheriting a strong youth group that has been volunteer led and that is ready to go to the "next level" in structure and activity. Responsibilities will include overseeing student worship, and_noemailanizing student events, and implementing a weekly youth service.
