Job Title and Level: Production Manager
Minimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma
General Purpose:
Manages the Production Department's responsibilities, staff, volunteers and resources to ensure excellence in the production and technical support elements of worship and events. This position has to have above-average management skills and_noemailanization. Must have experience and knowledge of how to run sound, stage lights, and video.
Overall Responsibilities:
Maintaining and recruiting staff to execute weekly ministry opportunities.
Streaming, Facebook and Ki-Pros
Schedules streaming for the website for worship services and various studies throughout the week.
Ki-Pros - gain familiarity with this program and how it works for recording services to be shown in our video venues.
Scheduling:
Schedules staff for all of our production needs.
Be familiar with all of the roles needed for each venue and ministry that needs support.
Training:
Schedules staff for cross-training in new areas for further development
Explores new technology and equipment to share with staff
Maintenance:
Troubleshoots equipment issues and assigns needed diagnostic and repair work to necessary staff or outside sources.
