Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and coordinate opportunities for spiritual formation
Recruit and train volunteers to teach/facilitate
Teach a variety of classes for all ages
Develop, plan and coordinate youth and children's spiritual formation
Plan and lead the youth Confirmation program
Plan and facilitate youth retreats and mission trips
Provide leadership and support for college ministries sponsored by Golden churches and develop connection with our college-age group
Create and track annual spiritual formation budget in conjunction with Christian Education, Outreach and Mission Elders
Attend worship and spiritual formation classes on Sunday mornings
