Responsibilities:

Developing and presenting creative concepts for film/video as well as managing all video production
Producing services at one of our locations during our in-person weekend experience. This includes experience mixing live audio, producing live video, and familiarity with Allen & Heath, ProPresenter, LightKey, and programming lighting for live services.
Training and managing tech volunteers in various AVL positions.
Operating as the primary video producer which entails booking subjects, locations, shooting schedule, script/copy writing.
Editing film and video by being proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc
Being familiar with video production and camera hardware such as Resi, Blackmagic Design, Canon, Fujinon, Sony and others.
Driving creative content to support the ministries at QuadCity.
Key Result Areas:

Producing high quality video content that supports the mission and vision of the church.
Establishing and supporting a Documentation Team to capture photo and video for QuadCity events.
Shepherding and growing the Tech Team.
Producing engaging, distraction-free environments for our in-person gatherings.

Relationships:

The Technical Director (Video Emphasis) reports to David Washburn (Worship Arts Pastor) and works in parallel with the Technical Director and the rest of the creative arts department to create cohesive content and weekend experiences.
