- Ability to lead, manage, and administrate multiple volunteer teams including worship band and AV team
- Ability to oversee and orchestrate music arrangement
- Understands sound mixing
- Ability to manage and address staging issues as needed
- Ability to articulate a corporate vision for weekly/monthly/quarterly worship
- A knowledge of music and able to lead skilled musicians

Creative Work:

- Work with the Lead Pastor to develop video and media communication strategies
- Videography and editing
- Develop and execute a creative strategy for Redeemer Church
