Assist in the overall leadership of the church, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence
Contribute to developing the worship culture
Oversee and lead worship for each worship gathering
Implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, team member leadership and financial visibility
Lead worship for our online platform
Plan and execute quarterly worship nights

Recruit, lead, and empower worship team members
Staff Responsibilities:
Appointments as needed/requested
To enter into a one-on-one disciple making relationship and/or group
Periodic Compassion/Service event participation
Attending required staff & team meetings

Job Qualifications:
Passion to reach the lost and grow the local church
Experience in leading a worship team and band
Talented both vocally and in leading from stage
Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
Ability to play an instrument
Familiar with the technology and programs (Ableton Live, Multitracks/Playback, Propresenter, PlanningCenter Online)
Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
Competent in problem solving, team building and decision making
Experience with Sound / Lighting (a plus but not required)
Experience in leading a worship team and band
