Job Description:
You Will:
Lead worship (at least once per month) while being passionate about recruiting, equipping, and empowering other worship leaders and musicians
Work closely with the lead pastor each week to ensure the worship and sermon enhance one another
Have ownership of the entire worship experience on Sundays, not only what happens up on the platform but also "all things tech" (soundboard, ProPresenter, lights, camera, Planning Center)
Foster a culture of feedback where team members including yourself, "check their egos at the door," and are able to give and receive feedback in a grace-filled environment
The Perfect Fit Is:
Comfortable behind a digital soundboard
Drawn to the worship style of Bethel Music, Elevation Worship, Hillsong, Maverick City Music, Upper Room, Jesus Culture, etc.
Compensation:
The compensation package for this full time position is competitive and negotiable, ($41,000-$50,000 per year) based on qualifications, experience, and an agreed upon scope of roles and responsibilities. Package offers insurance, and paid vacation.
