Expectations
Participate in the life and mission of the Church
Work with the pastor to select weekly and seasonal music for worship with consideration to sermon
and seasonal topics
Participate in weekly staff meetings (as able)
Lead music weekly in worship and seasonal events
Set up music in worship software (Proclaim) and ensure CCLI compliance
Build a team of accompanying musicians from the congregation and other sources
Recruit and develop informal parish choir for seasonal projects
Help develop and select music for children in worship in collaboration with our Children's Ministry
Director

Skills and Qualifications
A personal calling to serve Christ's church as a worship leader
Skilled as a worship team leader, vocalist, and instrumentalist
Understanding of how liturgical worship can be evangelistic
Exposure to and appreciation for theologically rich worship forms and styles, both modern and
hymnody
Effective organization, administrative, and leadership skills
Effective, grace-centered interpersonal and communication skills Love Jesus and be committed to living as his disciple
Passionate about the transforming power of the gospel

Compensation
$1800 per month
