Job Description:
Embrace is looking to add a talented leader to our ever-growing worship team based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota! We offer competitive wages, health, dental, vision and a 403b retirement plan. The idea candidate will have a passion for reaching the next person for Jesus!
Responsibilities will include:
* Provide leadership, teaching and modeling for corporate and private worship in a way that encourages others to participate in authentic worship
* Participate in weekly staff meetings and team meetings
* Recruit quality volunteers for Worship & Production Teams
* Oversee all aspects of production, including Production Coordinator role
* Find quality replacements and complete all needed preparations whenever unable to be present at worship
* Build relationships with team members to increase team effectiveness
* Communicate with Campus Pastor and staff and respond to calls & emails in a timely manner
* Ability to lead/co-lead weekend worship at an Embrace campus
* Lead/co-lead Wednesday Night worship for Youth
* Lead/co-lead and help plan for additional special events as needed (example: Worship Nights)
* Schedule worship team members for weekend and youth worship
* Manage technical details of worship planning and creation (example: building tracks)
* Other duties as assigned
