Job Description:
- Lead our church family in meaningful worship.
- Work with current worship team as their leader.
- Recruit, train and encourage new team members.
- Work closely as a team member with the elders and staff to accomplish
our mission at Gateway.
- Use other gifts that God has given you to fill in gaps in our ministries.
- Work creatively with other churches in our community, with a spirit of unity,
in order to take the gospel out to our village through combined worship
services.

About Gateway Church:
Gateway Church is a small, gospel centered church in the mountains of New Mexico. Our stated mission is "to grow closer to Christ and encourage others to grow closer to Christ".

Second, we have invited women and girls to lead more aspects of our public worship services (we are led by a male eldership). Third, we are transitioning from an "a cappella only" tradition to a blending of instrumental and a cappella.

Job Qualifications:
- A love for God that is expressed in heart-felt worship.
- A love for people that is evident in relationships and leadership of our
worship team.
- Ability to play an instrument (or willingness to learn) and ability to lead
songs a cappella (or willingness to cooperate with others who have
this ability).
- Some technical abilities in order to maintain sound equipment, projectors
and worship computers.
