RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates with the Senior Pastor in planning all worship services.
Leads the praise and worship portion of worship services.
Provides support and insight to all music ministries in the church.
Develops a pathway to identify and recruit new volunteers into the worship ministry.
Shepherds, trains, manages, and cares for the volunteers on the worship team.
Able to work within an annual worship ministry budget.
Keeps up to date with current praise and worship songs, worship conferences, trainings, etc.
Oversees or works alongside the church's media/tech team.
Attend all church staff meetings, trainings, retreats, conferences, etc.
Overseesthe maintenance of all musical instruments owned by the church.
