Maintain student data base and ensure data integrity.
Process admission and placement of new students.
Compile and produce documents and reports to be audited quarterly.
Receive, post and deposit tuition payments.
Develop the budget by working with staff to assess their needs. Use cost effective solutions to build the program.
Ensure a qualified teaching staff for parents and students by conducting a rigorous interview and hiring process as well as staff evaluations throughout the year.
Promote students' development in essential educational and behavioral by using age appropriate and Bible base curriculums.
Plan large-scale events such as end of year graduation ceremony, family night, book fair and other special events.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the preschool and tutoring program.
Assist in developing lesson plans focused on age and level-appropriate material.
Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order in the classroom as well as large group gatherings, lunch and recess time.
Develop safety plan and lock down procedures to ensure safety of all students.
