Position Summary
The Tabernacle Church is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, versatile and creative Media Director. The Media Director will lead and cultivate a stellar media and production team by leading our photography, audio and video teams. Primary responsibilities include overseeing media and technical aspects of worship services, producing and editing video, ensuring a stellar online worship service, creating strong still and motion graphics for church communications, and managing updates on all digital media platforms.

This is a Full-time, Salary Position. This position qualifies for Pastoral Ministry if that is a desire of the candidate.

Some of the job duties of this position will be (but not limited to):
Oversee our Media Department (Video, Graphic Design, Social Media, Marketing
Oversee Live Stream for Sundays and Midweek Services and Special Events.
Build, Maintain, and Train the Media Team Volunteers.
Responsible for scheduling effective, consistent, and relevant social media posts.
Create Graphics or approve and manipulate graphics created by other graphic designers within our team.
Create systems that will improve the flow of the media team's ability to meet deadlines.
Work with pastoral staff to engage and reach the online congregation with next step plans to grow online viewers to become engaged members of The Tab.
Must establish and foster exemplary relationships with church staff, volunteers and members.
