Senior Pastor Job - Hudson Valley Fellowship, Armonk, New York

We have a_noemailmitted congregation with an average weekly attendance of 75 people. Hudson Valley Fellowship is excited about working with a leader to serve our church including outreach to our local_noemailmunity.

Our needs include administrative skills for a developing and growing church and the ability to supervise staff and volunteer members. Our contemporary music program is outstanding, and worship and small groups are important to our church. Reporting Relationship: The Senior Pastor reports directly to the church Board of Directors.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Preaching and Worship Leadership (50%)
B. Vision, Creativity, and Strategic Planning (15%)
C. Leadership Development and Discipleship (15%)
D. Teaching and Discipleship (10%)
E. Congregational Relations and Pastoral Care (10%)

Qualifications needed:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Ministry or related field. Master of Divinity degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of pastoral, church or ministry experience.
Strong_noemailanizational and leadership skills.
Able to think strategically about future direction of the church.
Experience supervising staff and volunteers.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing church environment.
Excellent written and_noemailmunication skills.
