Position Summary: The Creative Moments Director manages the overall operations of the preschool and childcare center. The Director supervises and leads the Creative Moments staff, designs program plans, oversees daily activities, and prepares budgets. The Director is responsible for all aspects of the center's programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Supervises preschool teachers and childcare workers.
Hires and trains new staff members.
Provides professional development opportunities for staff.
Establishes policies and communicates them to staff and parents.
Develops educational programs and standards.
Maintains instructional excellence.
Prepares schedules according to state regulations.
Assists staff in communicating with parents and children.
Meets with parents and staff to discuss students' progress.
Prepares budgets and allocates program funds.
Ensures that facilities are maintained and cleaned according to state regulations.
Works with New Ridge Fellowship church staff to ensure daily programs run according to state regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Senior Pastor.
