Previous experience in managing departmental staff.

Previous experience in leading in a spiritual capacity (discipleship leader, church staff, deacon, elder or pastor).

Education and/or certification in recovery support is a plus.

The ideal candidate for this position must be a servant leader, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and be able to interact appropriately and professionally with men and women who are working on their recovery.

Candidates must also be able to effectively handle emergency/crisis situations as they arise.
