DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Annual Salary � $40-45K plus Health/Retirement benefits

In this full-time position, the Digital Communications Specialist works to develop, produce, and oversee all aspects of church-wide communication and digital arts. This position combines ministry, media, and communications as it seeks to help grow Hope Church�s vision and mission across various platforms.

Overview
� Full-time salaried position with benefits package
� Reports to the Operations Director
� Works closely with the Worship Ministry Director on specific Gathering needs such as videos and print material, as well as social media
� This position is primarily Monday through Friday but will need to be flexible to include some weekends and evenings. In the event of working a weekend or evening, that time will be comped the following week.
� Candidates for this job will possess superior interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
� Candidates for this job will be self-motivated and possess an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Skills/Experience/Knowledge
� Adobe Creative Cloud � Required but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Illustrator
� Photography, Video Production, and Editing
� Social Media Platforms � Specifically Facebook and Instagram
� Website Management
� Graphic Design
� Time Management, Organization and Multi-Tasking
� Effective Communicator
� Proficient in Grammar and Spelling
� One Year or More of Ministry Experience Preferred

Duties
� Create and oversee all church-wide communication
� Film all video projects; Editing skills preferred
� Oversee and maintain all social media communication
� Maintain brand consistency for all media, print and video production
� Oversee and maintain website
� Create and maintain Hope�s weekly email
� Develop and execute/maintain marketing strategies
� Proofread various materials as needed to ensure they are clear and consistent, complete, accurate, and grammatically correct
� Support, equip, and be a resource for each individual ministry
� Attend scheduled monthly staff meeting
� Attend scheduled meetings with Operations Director and Worship Ministry Director
