Cedar Ridge Community Church is looking to hire a fulltime Director of Communication and Administration to
- Manage communications
- Coordinate programming for Sunday morning and special worship services
- Provide organizational support for church-wide events
- Oversee facilities management

Specific Responsibilities
1. Manage communications
- Oversee gathering of content, editing and production of weekly, monthly and quarterly communications
- Develop graphics for new message series, events and activities
- Post updates and events to social media
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the website and database
- Support the development of signage, displays and information
2. Coordinate the programming of Sunday morning and special worship services
- Create all necessary slides and videos for services
- Supervise set-up of auditorium and sound booth operations
- Coordinate scheduling of volunteers for worship services
3. Provide organizational support for church-wide events
- Develop and/or review project plans for events
- As appropriate, coordinate logistics, communication, and set up/clean up
4. Oversee facilities
- Supervise the work of the Property and Facilities Manager
- Manage use of property and facilities by other groups (rentals and gratis)
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of equipment
- Order office and hospitality supplies
