Job Description:
Bull Shoals Methodist Church is nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains on north central Arkansas between Bull Shoals Lake and The White River, in a predominately retirement and recreational area. We enjoy low crime, low taxes, affordable housing and a laidback lifestyle. We are currently seeking a head Pastor for our financially stable, small congregation after our recent disaffiliation from the United Methodist Church and the up-and_noemailing retirement of our current Pastor. We believe that the right candidate will be able to: develop, lead, and mentor a team; grow and develop the congregation, with an emphasis on families; serve the local_noemailmunity; and relate well to people in all life stages. Parsonage provided and salary will be based on experience.

Qualifications:
The Pastor must have a sound theological background, hold a degree from a theological seminary or be educated with a degree or diploma level in an appropriate discipline, and must be in line with our Doctrinal beliefs. Prior experience in church leadership as Pastor is preferred but not required.
