Job Description:
The First Baptist Church of Ledgewood has earned the reputation of being a family church. Through Bible studies, outreach and fellowship, strong relationships have developed within our church which support the spiritual growth of our members. Both visitors to our church, as well as members who have moved out of the area, have noted that it is a family feel that sets the First Baptist Church of Ledgewood apart from other churches they have visited.
The interim Pastor will provide the following services:
a. Conduct (1) One Sunday Service each week, 9:00 AM. This includes serving as the worship leader and leading_noemailmunion services on the first Sunday of each month.
b. Other activities that may present themselves during the week/month including, but not limited to:
i. Teaching a Sunday School Class
ii. Meeting with Various Church Boards as needed
iii. Baptism and Baptism Classes
iv. Counseling
v. Special Services such as Christmas Eve, Maundy Thursday, etc., Wedding and funerals will be paid by the family involved
c. A salary of $40.00/per hour based on a 10-hour work week. If the workload varies significantly, the interim pastor shall inform the Church, and_noemailpensation may be adjusted accordingly.
